What really stands out about working at Avanti West Coast? It's like being on a constant journey of growth and discovery. We're not just about trains and timetables; there's an undercurrent of innovation and camaraderie that's hard to find elsewhere.

In my time here, I've come to appreciate how every one of us is encouraged to think differently and bring fresh ideas to the table. There's this awesome blend of trust and expectation. We're given the freedom to bring new and innovative ideas, but there's also a clear vision of where we're headed.

The teamwork is something else. I've worked in a few places before, but the way departments collaborate here at Avanti is genuinely special. It feels like we're all on the same journey, pulling together to make projects not just work but shine.

And speaking of journeys, even though we operate only in the UK, the diversity of backgrounds and cultures within our teams has given me perspectives I hadn't imagined. Interacting with colleagues from various regions of the country, understanding the nuances of local experiences and preferences. It's been a learning curve in the best possible way.

But if I had to pinpoint one thing, it's the pride we take in our work. We're not just clocking in and out. We're part of a bigger picture, connecting people and places.
