Are there any plans for engineering apprenticeships in the South West for 2024? If so, when will recruitment start?

Thank you for your question! We are currently looking into the availability of apprenticeships across the business, engineering included. The recruitment and outreach for any September 2024 apprenticeships will start in February 2024. Once we know what is available, an update will be posted to the South Western Railway website and careers pages; we are looking at introducing a 'register your interest' form on our website so that we can make direct contact with potential candidates, this will likely be launched in February 2024 but will become a permanent feature.
