Good morning, thank you for your query. There is no formal policy on this, however there are people throughout the business that are undertaking professional qualifications supported by HR or other departments relevant to the qualification, an example is the IRO qualification (Institution of Railway Operators). We also offer internal apprenticeships such as project management, customer service, management consultancy, operations management, as well as other areas such as Safety.
