Are the trainee driver positions still open?

Hi there, I believe I would be a really good fit for a train driver position out of Plymouth, however, I'm not yet qualified, is there any way in which I can progress an application as a trainee driver? Is there an approximate timeline for when these positions may become live again? Many thanks
