Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Manager

Hi, here at Lumo we champion & support all colleagues in their career paths. Every year the individual line managers will arrange a suitable time to discuss a yearly development plan. Self-led written objectives are recorded together with an agreed development plan so this can be referred to at regular intervals. This will enable colleagues to track their progression throughout the year. Our onboard Customer Experience Ambassadors are competency assessed every 3 months initially, extending as they become qualified, to once a year. The regular feedback and support, helps each individual succeed in their role. Online learning is always available to access in a variety of subjects self selected, helping all to gain knowledge in areas of their choice, not necessarily linked to their role. At the end of the year the plan is assessed providing valuable feedback on everyone's progression and areas to work on to succeed in the future. If all areas have successfully completed, the colleague can feel proud of their achievement throughout the year.

Success can be measured in different ways.. gained from personal satisfaction knowing you have done a great job; succeeding in your own career ambitions; meeting personal development objectives e.g. delivery; supporting the company meeting its strategic goals and sharing that feeling of success with colleagues in delivery of the company achievements.
