Additionally, on the other hand, If I didn’t do well in my GCSEs, would GWR still take me on? Even though I am really passionate about the apprenticeship, trains as well as helping people. I have strong communication skills. (I have good peoples skills)

Hello Alicia. It's good to hear that you have registered for an Apprenticeship. Depending on the apprenticeship, we have different entry requirements. For Customer Service. the minimum requirement is Functional Skills in English and Maths Level 1 / Grade E GCSE and for Engineering, the minimum requirement is Functional Skills in English and Maths Level 2 / Grade C GCSE above. I would encourage you to do your best at GCSE level as this will be of great help in the future.
