It's very difficult to predict as there are several factors that can dictate the frequency.
Whenever GWR are accepting applications though, the vacancies will always be found here. If you are also interested in any Trainee Train Driver opportunities with Avanti West Coast, then any vacancies they have will always be found here.
There is also the option to register for job alerts on each of those pages, which is another way of ensuring you don't miss out on any opportunities.
