Trainee train driver recruitment is typically driven by business requirements and unfortunately we can't currently advise when the next opportunities will arise. When they do however, any GWR roles will be advertised on the FirstGroup careers site and roles with Avanti West Coast will be advertised here. In terms of qualifications, as long as you hold an equivalent standard to any minimum requirements, that will be acceptable. So if you have a bachelor's degree, that will be absolutely fine for you to apply.
