What can i expect to do in an assessment day at GWR for the role of ticket examiner

Everything will be explained on the day but the format will look like this:

• Group intro
• Group task
• Interview for those successful in the group task

The interview would be competency based, so would be worth thinking about past work experiences where you've enjoyed successes, faced challenges, solved problems, etc, so that you can then refer to these in your answers. There's lots of guidance available online if you search for "competency based interview preparation".
